Customers

When you schedule an appointment by booking on this website, we collect personal information from you to complete the booking. We may collect information like your:

  • Details relating to your appointment

  • Files you uploaded

We share this information with Squarespace, our scheduling service provider, so that they can provide online booking services to us.

Form submissions

When you submit information to this website via webform, we collect the data requested in the webform in order to track and respond to your submissions. We share this information with Squarespace, our online store hosting provider, so that they can provide website services to us. We also share this information with our e-mail provider, Google Workspace, for storage and with Zapier for data porting.

This website is hosted by Squarespace. Squarespace collects personal data when you visit this website, including:

It’s not possible to unsubscribe from these messages.

In addition, you may receive an e-mail informing you of price changes to lessons and packages.

  • This e-mail in scheduled to be sent twice per year, on the 1st of January and the 1st of July.

  • You will only receive this e-mail if you have taken a lesson with us in the 3 months prior to the date of the price change, i.e.: between the 1st of October and the 1st of January of the previous year, and between the 1st of April and the 1st of July of the year in question, respectively.

  • You may opt out of these e-mails by contacting us and requesting to be removed from any future e-mails.

We share your contact information with Squarespace, our website hosting provider, so they can send these e-mails to you on our behalf.

You are responsible for selecting any password and its overall security strength, ensuring the security of your own information within the bounds of our services.

How Long We Keep Your Personal Information

If your personal information is no longer required, we will delete it or make it anonymous by removing all details that identify you.

We do not aim any of our products or services directly at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information about children under 13.
